Social Media
We don’t like to call people out (or maybe we do), but anyone claiming to be a social media “expert” is fudging a little on the truth. Not to downplay their experience; however, with this fairly young and forever-changing medium we have yet to meet a true master. With that said, we KNOW social media, how it works and how to have success. Then why aren’t we “experts”? Well, we don’t subscribe to a one size fits all philosophy so our strategy is different for every client and its in a constant state of flux. The two key things that always ring true though when it comes to social media: experimentation and knowing your customer.
